Jessie Mann

Jessie Mann is a photographer and painter, influenced by yet distinctly different from, her mother, photographer Sally Mann. Her paintings are reflections of her studies in psychology in addition to her mentors in visual arts. She calls them, “little proofs, of both the manifold action of perception and the will of consciousness.” A drip-making technique is her way of symbolizing a unique imprint of personal interpretation.
